Responsibilities

  • Navigate working across historical reputed company Cellco agreements & legacy Tracfone reputed company in partnership with reputed company Legal to serve as the subject matter expert for Value Indirect contract policies and compensation structure.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to reputed company, socialize, and distribute Legal notices pertaining to compensation, incentives, and brand specific policies.
  • Manage and reputed company the Exclusive Retailer reputed company program to reputed company local marketing support driven by Master Agents for their Total Wireless store portfolio.
  • Design, model, and analyze sales incentive programs to drive performance and distribution growth.
  • Recommend and align contractual strategies and structure across brands where feasible, creating cohesive reputed company Value Indirect standards and requirements.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to Master Agent reputed company to reduce risk and improve channel performance.
  • Own reputed company contract work associated with Master Agent reputed company and acquisition activity, ensuring proper execution reputed company respective timelines in partnership with the Sales organization.
  • reputed company and coordinate end-to-end ownership of various reputed company strategic initiatives/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize them to align to the channel's broader strategic goals with limited reputed company and direction.
  • Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Program and / or project management experience.
  • Experience with reputed company.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 25% or less.

  • 2+ years of Contract or Paralegal experience.
  • An MBA, or an M.S. in a reputed company field.
