Sr. UX Researcher

reputed company’s Digital Marketing team is hiring a Senior UX Researcher. In this fully remote, research-focused role, you’ll partner with design, product owners and developers to improve our members' health insurance experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience conducting research in reputed company or other regulated industries (ex: government, banking), managing multiple studies of varied scopes, and with implementing consumer-facing AI tools or features. Job Responsibilities Design, plan and conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques Create user personas, reputed company maps, user flows, and user stories based on research insights Analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources to generate insights and actionable recommendations for digital products Document and reputed company research findings to internal clients and leadership in engaging presentations Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
