[Remote] Global Procurement Assistant Manager – Prestige Packaging

The Global Procurement Assistant Manager will optimize operations, manage sourcing processes, and drive cost savings initiatives across the Prestige Beauty portfolio, while building strong relationships with brand teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Find creative ways to optimize operations while leveraging reputed company Scale in a dynamic environment
• Collect, validate and translate raw data into large scale reports and tools allowing for quick information sharing and decision making
• Participate in sourcing, bidding process, and implementation of savings and resiliency projects
• Drive value cross brand as you identify synergies reputed company different portfolio’s
• Constantly ideating, creating and implementing cost savings programs and initiatives
• Drive interaction and communication with reputed company Procurement Network and external partners
• To build and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company Prestige brand teams
• Involve suppliers at the earliest opportunity in reputed company requirement-raising stages and focus upon consolidation of requirements across brands on similar portfolio’s
• Ensure pre-qualification where required of an appropriate number of potential suppliers
• Analyse costs, focusing on total acquisition costs, including activity-based review, and understanding suppliers’ cost drivers
