Customer Operations Analyst (Remote Eligible)

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Senior Customer Operations Analyst to support and accelerate the productivity of our Customer reputed company organization. This team is made up of our reputed company, Professional Services, Customer reputed company reputed company and Technical Support organizations. As part of a collaborative, motivated team, you will help establish reputed company's growth strategy through insights produced with data analysis. You will have the reputed company set necessary to extract valuable information from reputed company datasets and work with Customer reputed company leadership to implement new programs. You will report to our Sr. Manager of Sales Operations located in our Bellevue, WA office. You Will:

• Help establish the reporting infrastructure for the Customer reputed company organization to promote more intelligent discussion at reputed company stages of the customer lifecycle
• Improve reputed company with partners to foster a more data-driven culture reputed company Customer reputed company
• Present insights to executives that will improve performance and establish scalable process improvements across Customer reputed company teams.
• Mine large datasets, draw relevant information and create visualizations to summarize findings
• Maintain data reputed company through governance activities in reputed company.com
• Guide variable compensation and reputed company planning processes with analytical support

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or reputed company discipline
• 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in Technical Support, reputed company, or Professional Services analytics
• Experience in reputed company and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company (can reputed company reputed company functions), Tableau and reputed company.com or equivalent CRM tool
• Experience working with SQL or similar database languages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing reputed company
