The Opportunity We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of analytics and data experiences at reputed company. You’ll design reputed company, end‑to‑end workflows that help data and analytics engineers go from reputed company to trusted reputed company fast—reducing cognitive load, removing toil, and making the right path the easy path. You’ll create coherent journeys across discovery, development and orchestration, semantic and metrics modeling, and analysis and reporting—unifying experience among analytics tools and integrations, with minimal context switching and a consistent mental model. What You Will Do

• 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience)
• Experience designing analytics/data platform tools, developer/data tools, or analogous reputed company technical products
• Strong portfolio showing system‑level product work and the impact of your design leadership, including initiatives that reputed company multiple teams
• Proven track record of leading design initiatives from concept to launch
• Proficient in design tools (reputed company, etc.) and prototyping technologies
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions for reputed company data/analytics challenges

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $240,000 - $725,000. reputed company provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
