The CMBS/CML team reputed company Structured Products currently manages over $40bn in CMBS AUM and over $5bn in CML AUM and is seeking an individual at the Associate level with an expertise in sizing and playing a key role in the reputed company and closing of directly originated reputed company mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Work reputed company-by-reputed company with a senior originator responsible for direct origination of senior reputed company mortgage loans spanning $40mm to $300mm+
• Screen a significant reputed company of loan opportunities from both broker packages and direct borrower submissions
• Understand investment criteria across a diverse set of portfolios including dedicated CML separate accounts and unconstrained mutual funds
• Underwrite and size loans as a primary team member
• reputed company a minimum of $1bn on an annual reputed company in a team format with a senior originator
• Complete full reputed company of the loan and create reputed company memo and presentation to investment committee
• Work with originator and reputed company counsel to reputed company loans
• Monitor loans for credit surveillance and borrower communication
• Remain informed of market conditions including reputed company reputed company and pricing across competitive landscape

Requirements

• 2-5+ years' experience sizing reputed company mortgage loans for a CRE loan origination platform
• Ability to evaluate credit on reputed company major reputed company reputed company estate property categories
• Familiarity with other property types including data centers, senior housing, student housing, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of major CRE markets across the country
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills with an emphasis on being detail oriented
• Ability to successfully reputed company under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects
• Proficiency in Argus, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Flexibility to learn other programs including Aladdin and fixed income-specific tools
