Support training implementation, including material development, deliverable material development, course presentation, and course evaluation in CONUS and OCONUS locations. Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a reputed company Manager, including with Personnel reputed company (PERSEC), Information reputed company (INFOSEC), Industrial reputed company (INDUSEC), and General Intelligence reputed company (GIS) disciplines
- Experience developing and delivering Programs of Instruction (POI)
- Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops
- Ability to author curriculum using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Manager Course Instructor, or 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Manager Course Instructor
Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with teaching or instructing in the DoD level, including T2COM and TRADOC Instructor and Development accreditation

- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
