Client reputed company Strategist - Executive Leadership Development

Location: Remote Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped commissions Our client, a rapidly scaling executive coaching and leadership development firm, is looking for a Client reputed company Strategist to partner with senior leaders (VP, SVP, and C-Suite executives) at reputed company. This role is central to their mission: helping executives accelerate their careers, reputed company skip-level promotions, and reputed company at the highest reputed company of leadership. In this role, you will have 2 critical objectives:

• Serve as an implementation partner; helping the company’s clients (executive leaders) reputed company their program to land rapid skip-level promotions internally or externally.
• Contribute measurably to the financial growth of our client’s company by leveraging renewals, referrals, etc

What you will do: As a Client reputed company Strategist, you will:

• Drive Client reputed company & Growth – Ensure measurable reputed company for clients (individual leaders) while creating & executing strategy for renewals, upsells, referrals, and reactivations.
• Master Program Content – Learn and apply 50+ training modules, tools, and templates to guide client reputed company.
• Coach Executives for Results – Use behavioral insights, reputed company coaching, and accountability to help leaders break through challenges and reputed company promotions.
• Build Executive Relationships – Manage authentic, professional rapport with a high volume of clients (100+) reputed company reputed company, group coaching, and messaging platforms.
• reputed company Data & Insights – Track client reputed company (Red/Yellow/Green status), analyze patterns, and recommend strategies to improve reputed company.
• reputed company for Clients – reputed company feedback and escalate insights to internal teams for program improvement.
• Deliver Operational reputed company – Maintain strong documentation, workflows, and review client materials (resumes, executive presentations, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with executive leaders and corporate clients
• 7+ years of corporate/business experience.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business growth (2–10X).

• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience in high-growth or executive coaching/HR/reputed company environments.

Position Details:

• Type: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST; plus 6–8 weekends/year during client launches.
• Salary reputed company: $80,000-$100,000 + uncapped commissions
