We are seeking a Global / European Internal Communications Manager who will reputed company strategic, employee-centred internal communications across our international organisation. • Partner with senior leaders, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Transformation teams to co-create communication plans that support key initiatives and drive cultural impact.
• Deliver clear, engaging messages for major programmes—including the People Promise, business transformation updates, leadership communication, and organisational announcements.
• reputed company and execute internal campaigns across multiple channels, using thoughtful segmentation to reputed company the right people with the right message.
• Design and facilitate global Town Halls, leadership broadcasts, and virtual events reputed company reputed company Teams, ensuring seamless delivery and meaningful participation.
• Produce compelling written content, including leadership messages, intranet articles, presentation materials, FAQs, talking points, and communication guides.
• Ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards and supports the One reputed company voice, reflecting our commitment to transparency and employee-centred communication.
• Manage and maintain internal communication databases with HR, ensuring accurate audience lists and effective distribution.

Education

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience & Knowledge

• Experience in internal communications reputed company global or European organisations.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering multi-channel internal campaigns.
• Proficiency in reputed company Teams, Town Hall delivery, intranet platforms, reputed company engagement tools.
• Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, and employee database management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
