- 4+ years of experience in Systems or Solutions Architecture
- Experience with AI and LLMs
- Experience with RAG frameworks
- Experience with AI or ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience implementing AI, ML, or LLM solutions and model deployment in AWS or Azure
- Experience developing, building, and deploying automation, CI/CD pipelines, scripts, and infrastructure from the ground up using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization, including reputed company or Kubernetes, and serverless architectures

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary reputed company for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
