Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding them through the ticketing and baggage registration process, and ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Responsibilities

* Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets

• Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
• Label baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve moving baggage from scales to transport lines

• Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, reputed company declarations, flight status, checking and handling baggage, making arrangements, and starting the boarding process

• Securely lift, load, dump, and transport baggage, mail, and freight to and from airplanes

• Safely drive and operate ground equipment like tugs, belt loaders, and tow farm vehicles in areas of congestion
• Over and over lift and load items onto trucks and ensure each bag reaches its destination
• Work baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and freight are routed accurately to the passenger's destination

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
