As a Customer Service Representative in our Flight Service Administration team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of tasks, including:

• Processing airline steward organization obligations, such as finance, time away cycles, family leave recodes, and preparing for training and travel

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
• Past call center or contact center experience
• Strong skills in reputed company Office
• Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and reputed company
• Ability to reputed company independent reputed company and collaborate with directors and colleagues
• Willingness to work additional hours to address operational issues
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
