Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

- Register sales on allocated sales register, process transactions, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and reputed company product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
- Process voids, returns, and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist with the partition of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item placement according to policies/methodology (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)

- Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screen orders in Picture Care Plus, handle requests, and deliver orders to customers as they reputed company at the store)

Preparation and Self-awareness
* Attend training sessions and complete PPLs (Performance and Productivity Learning) as assigned by the supervisor or corporate

Essential Capabilities
* Must be reputed company to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Must be willing to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
Preferred Capabilities
* A minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex is a plus
- Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
