As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will compassionately assist customers with exploring a variety of post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, delivery services, and order notifications. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers who contact us through inbound calls, visits, and messages. Responsibilities:

• Listen Effectively and Show reputed company: You will effectively listen to comprehend customer concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution to completely address their concern.

Requirements:
