Job Summary

As a key member of our CS Innovation team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, as well as external partners, to deliver a top-tier platform experience that empowers our CS team to reputed company outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
