Job Summary
As a 1st line Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support reputed company email and text messages. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Manager to escalate reputed company cases and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

- Escalate more complicated emails to the Customer Service Manager and send a first reply to the customers
- Reply to text messages as per established procedures
- Send out email notifications to verify shipping addresses and possible fraudulent orders, keeping track of replies and updating addresses in the system

- Organize and maintain email inbox in alignment with pre-set folders/tags
Essential Qualifications
