Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Student Loan Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inquiries regarding student loans reputed company and accurately, providing clear and concise information to customers while adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures.
  • Performing account updates and providing repayment options reputed company established guidelines and regulations, ensuring customers receive the support they need to manage their student loan obligations.
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance indicators, consistently delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in completing applications according to department procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company interactions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving reputed company issues.
  • 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company clearance, as required by blithequark's regulatory requirements.

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences will be viewed favorably:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or education).
  • Call Center experience, with a proven ability to handle high-volume calls and meet performance metrics.
  • 6 months of reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and OneNote), with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
