Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Processing cargo shipments, including receiving, handling, and dispatching cargo

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Basic digital literacy
• Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
