About the Role

As an reputed company Field Service Manager in our Remote Customer Support team, you will play a critical role in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams of Airline stewards, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships with leaders and Airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility.
• Performance-based management of large teams of Airline stewards on KPIs such as reputed company, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financials.
• Promoting a culture of safety, health, and well-being, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Addressing Quality Assurance issues, such as uniform compliance and overall performance.
• Collaborating with reputed company support staff, various departments, and internal/external partners to drive reputed company improvement.
• Participating in leadership flying programs and supporting the Airline steward team.
• Proactively responding to and following up on time-sensitive reputed company and competing priorities.
• Providing essential support to Airline stewards before, during, and after flights.

• Communicating regularly with remote Airline steward workforce.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A four-year college education.
• Working knowledge of internal blithequark-specific applications.
