About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service department, you will have the opportunity to engage and delight our broad variety of customers (sellers and buyers) by solving reputed company challenges and managing disputes and complaints. Your goal will be to ensure that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner reputed company diverse channels (chat, email, phone, reputed company media).

Who You Are:

To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by providing delight to our customers and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. • Have previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-reputed company role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.).

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon are designed to reputed company and connect.
