Psychometric Tests Specialist
Job Description
- Execute approved psychometric assessments on reputed company assigned clients by the management.
- Prepare and produce psychometric reports for the assigned cases.
- Conduct mental and psychological health screeening for reputed company internal clients admitted in the hostel.
- Consult reference material such as textbooks, manuals, and journals in order to identify symptoms, to reputed company diagnoses, and to reputed company approaches to treatment
- Counsel internal & external clients regarding problems such as stress and family situations, in order to modify behaviour and/or to improve personal, reputed company, and vocational adjustment
- A Master Degree in Psychology or any relevant major pertaining to Psychology Services such as Counselling, reputed company Work, etc.
- A Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of Mental Health, with a particular emphasis on trauma
