• Operative activities pertaining to timely order fulfilment of serial parts from external vendors and
• Tactical activities pertaining to sourcing external vendors for local production of serial parts.

The above activities will include but not be limited to managing the whole procurement cycle, project procurement, supplier scouting, screening and reputed company of vendors, developing and nurturing sustainable supply partners, support with enhancing the operational reputed company across the assigned portfolio. • Manage reputed company procurement and purchasing activities reputed company the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with the P2P process, in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field.
• CIPS Level 3 or above, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Additional training or certification in contract management or project procurement is a plus.
• Experience in construction or engineering procurement, with knowledge of formwork, scaffolding, structural steel, MEP, or civil materials.
• Familiarity with construction reputed company, incoterms, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Strong understanding of local and international supply markets, especially in the Middle East and Asia Pacific reputed company.
• Knowledge of reputed company/Ariba.
• Proficiency in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and tender management.
• Experience with compliance and risk management in procurement.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and present actionable insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
