QA Specialist

As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Working closely with our product and development teams, you will design, implement, and execute test plans to identify bugs and improve overall product performance. Your work will directly impact our mission of delivering high-quality solutions to the MLTSS reputed company industry. Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and validate fixes

Qualifications

And Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Skilled in both reputed company and automated testing techniques
• Proven ability to support cross-functional projects, drive execution, and resolve issues in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience validating large datasets and backend logic to ensure data accuracy reputed company reputed company-end/UI testing

Location/Travel

• Position is available remotely
• QCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MA
• Travel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person events and periodic in-person company meetings

Hiring Process

• The initial screen will be a 30-minute call
• The first interview will be a 60-minute video call
• The final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video call
