We are currently looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant – Higher Education (LATAM-based, SIS/LMS/CRM) to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Location: Latin America (Remote – with potential travel) Employment Type: Full-time / Contractor Department: Professional Services / Implementation Reports To: Project Director Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Implementation Consultant based in Latin America, with a strong background in Higher Education technologies, including Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. You will work with higher education institutions throughout LATAM to deliver successful end-to-end implementations based on global SIS/LMS/CRM solutions. This includes gathering requirements, configuring systems, training users, and supporting go-live—reputed company while aligning institutional goals with system capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and reputed company Pre-Sales presentations and calls.
• reputed company SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for colleges and universities, ensuring seamless reputed company and configuration.
• Conduct virtual workshops to gather institutional requirements and define business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations.
• Configure applications based on documented needs and best practices.
• Train administrative and academic users (registrars, faculty, admissions, etc.) on platform functionality.
• reputed company implementation artifacts such as project plans, process maps, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
• Communicate proactively with LATAM-based teams and clients, managing time zone differences and cultural nuances effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Based in Latin America and fluent in English (reputed company or reputed company) – strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting systems in Higher Education, specifically:
• SIS (Banner, Anthology, reputed company Student, reputed company, reputed company, Power reputed company)
• LMS (reputed company, Canvas, reputed company, Moodle)
• CRM (reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics 365, reputed company)
• Strong understanding of academic and administrative processes (enrollment, grading, admissions, financial aid, student reputed company).
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects in reputed company.
• Comfortable working in remote and multicultural teams.
• Experience using project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Teams).
• Spanish reputed company is required for effective communication with LATAM clients and prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and data integrations.
• Experience in U.S. higher education environment or with U.S.-based EdTech clients.
• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are required.
• Portuguese reputed company is ideal but not required
