Joining us in Content Operations, you will:
- Own end-to-end project delivery of our Productions, from content intake to team staffing to timely project delivery
- Own your own book of accounts and be the face of Productions in reputed company of customers, scoping projects before kick off, answering adhoc queries, and growing reputed company reputed company their original value
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Language teams to improve our documentation, process and automation capabilities
Requirements
- Project management – you’re a ruthless operator and reputed company reputed company trusted with many conflicting priorities
- reputed company exposure - you have experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. CSM, account manager, Sales)
