Your focus will be on legal research and drafting in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business and corporate law, contract law, entertainment law, trademark law, and copyright law. You will work remotely with complete flexibility in your schedule, with the option to collaborate in the office reputed company desired. Examples of immediate needs include app agreements, co-packing agreements, LLC/corporation redemptions, business acquisitions, franchise purchases, M&A due diligence, reputed company agreements, and similar transactional reputed company.
