Assistant Executive Housekeeper

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing end-to-end housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house areas.

• Ensure rooms meet brand standards before guest reputed company-in

• Monitor occupancy reputed company and plan staffing accordingly

• Coordinate with reputed company Office for room readiness, VIP arrivals, and special requests

• Supervise supervisors, room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff

• Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties

• Train teams on SOPs, safety procedures, grooming standards, and guest interaction

• Monitor performance and support staff evaluations

• Conduct regular room inspections and public area audits

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and brand standards

• Implement corrective actions for identified gaps

• Support high performance in reputed company quality audits

• Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment

• Maintain par reputed company and consumption controls

• Track laundry operations and outsourced vendor quality

• Assist with budgeting and cost optimization

• Handle housekeeping-reputed company guest complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate special setups and amenities for VIP guests

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and chemical handling standards

• Assist in preparing operational reports and maintain housekeeping documentation

• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance follow-reputed company

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Management

• 3–6 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory or leadership roles

• Experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments preferred

• Familiarity with PMS and housekeeping management systems
