Compensation

• $75.00 per hour

Qualifications

You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Training and Development Specialist, Learning and Development (L&D) professional, Instructional Designer, or in a reputed company role. Examples of relevant experience include:

• Obtaining, organizing, or developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual aids.

• Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultations with managers, reputed company, or customers.
