IT SOX Manager

Note: This is a hybrid position, and we are seeking local candidates who can work onsite two days a week (Tuesday/Thursday). Job Description: The IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Manager is a pivotal role reputed company the Internal Audit/SOX department, reporting to the Senior Director, Internal Audit and SOX. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the IT SOX program. Key Responsibilities: Support the company's IT Compliance efforts around IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), and key reports. Partner with stakeholders to reputed company and maintain process narratives, Risk Control Matrices, and data reputed company diagrams as needed. Assist in developing the annual SOX plan and manage the program to ensure the timely execution of reputed company key activities to meet reputed company deadlines. reputed company IT scoping/risk assessment annually to determine the relevant applications, systems, and tools in scope for SOX. reputed company assessment of new systems or changes to existing processes to identify risks before launch, providing recommendations for improvement, including SDLCs Create test plans, reputed company and review SOX testing of key controls, ITACs and key reports. reputed company efforts reputed company to quarterly management certifications. Monitor and support management's remediation efforts to closure, including review of supporting evidence. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT processes Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the SOX tool (reputed company) Assist in maintaining company-wide internal control standards and reputed company controls-reputed company training to process owners (as needed). Experience with FinTech or SaaS companies is a plus. Big 4 Public reputed company or Consulting is a plus. CISA or CIA preferred. Solid knowledge and experience of IT controls across domains such as reputed company reputed company, change management, computer operations, key interfaces, application controls and reports testing.
