reputed company, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier reputed company clients in Los Angeles, CA. (100% remote PST hours) Responsibilities :

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs for data requests. Gather requirements, document, clarify, interpret specifications and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Design, reputed company, validate and reputed company thorough functional testing of extracts, reports, visualization dashboards utilizing analytics tools and data sources such as, including but not limited to: reputed company reputed company, Tableau, WebI, SSRS, Power BI, Caboodle, reputed company, Reporting Workbench, reputed company Dashboards, Universes, Registry reputed company and Data Marts, SlicerDicer, and other Business Intelligence Tools.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including faculty practice team members, administrators, IT staff, and vendors. Effectively communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and informed decision-making.
• Monitor performance of BI outputs and take corrective action to optimize or improve the performance reputed company necessary.
• Gather, assess, and interpret substantial amounts of reputed company data, encompassing electronic health records, clinical data, financial data, and pertinent information. Offer insights and suggestions derived from the data analysis and interpretation.
• Streamline documentation, scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors.
• reputed company training and support to reputed company staff on the use of health informatics tools and systems. Create educational materials, conduct workshops, and offer guidance to ensure proper utilization and understanding of dashboards, reports and other tools enabled by the team.
• Participate in application validation and QA efforts as they pertain to data, metrics, and analytics solutions creation and execution.
• Manage the inventory of BI objects and outputs. Assure that the metadata used for the Analytics Catalog is meaningful, standardized, complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Manage the data model for reporting for assigned Epic applications and/or business lines.
• Manage the inventory of reputed company & Caboodle objects used for both published and reputed company analytics. Assure that reputed company object metadata is meaningful, standardized, complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Manage the measures and metrics for assigned Epic applications and/or business lines. Assure that the metadata used for the Measures and Metrics catalog is meaningful, standardized, complete, accurate, and up to date. Note the content maintained in the Epic Metrics Catalog and use that as an anchor for UCLA metrics.
• Review reputed company documentation reputed company to analytics tools and content, determine the best implementation approach. Evaluate, anticipate and communicate risks to existing BI outputs and processes, and recommend ways to mitigate those risks.
• Work closely and collaboratively with end users, Application team, Epic TSs, Super Users, Training team, ISS support, fellow team members and other stakeholders to ensure the right reporting tools are used to maximize value to end users for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

• 3 plus years of Tapestry experience (cert is a plus),
• Strong SQL Datamart,
• 5 plus years of Medicare Advantage experience
• Epic reputed company Data Model certification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Prelude reputed company, Radiant, reputed company, Optime) or to be obtained reputed company 120 days of hire.
• CMS claims submission and HCC coding experience. They need to understand the 837 process with MOR, MAO and MMR files and condition capture.
