A Brief Overview The Benefits Data Analyst supports the Client reputed company Enrollment Team and is an integral team player responsible for performing data management retrieval, reporting and processing functions supporting the company's multifaceted reputed company enrollment processes, practices, and system. An extensive portion of this position's time is spent gathering data from a variety of sources, compiling results and reporting on findings. The development of reports involves perceptive comparative analysis and manipulation of data. Reports are expected to include insightful recommendations based on assessment reputed company the broader context of the incumbent's experience in and/or knowledge of the health care and health benefits industry. What you will do

• Analyze client performance, producing reports and reconciling large amounts of disparate data. This includes analyzing and interpreting claims, fees, and conditions data to determine present and future financial performance.
• Create and manage the client costing tool.
• Understand multiple data sources and structures to maintain strong data infrastructure, bringing relevant data sources into a consolidated environment for more efficient data manipulation and relationship reporting.
• Create queries using design techniques that ensure adherence to database development standards using a variety of database applications.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
