Digital Marketing Account Manager

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an Account Manager, Client Services to collaborate with the Director of Client Services in managing client reputed company and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role will be the primary contact for client communication, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of tailored marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in project management reputed company marketing, and excels at managing multiple tasks with consistent follow-through. They will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and advancing reputed company’s commitment to exceptional client service and growth. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing

• reputed company category expertise in digital marketing tactics such as paid advertising, email marketing and search reputed company optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute digital marketing programming for clients such as paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing campaigns in support of Client goals.

Client Management

• reputed company day-to-day communications with clients reputed company email, on calls and/or reputed company presentation.
• Manage Client expectations through consistent and clear communication
• Actively work to build relationships with and become a trusted partner for client counterparts
• Demonstrate an understanding of Client goals and KPIs.
• Remain knowledgeable about client industries through trend research and best practices.
• Confidently adhere to the scope of agreement with clients and identify new opportunities to deepen client engagement, where appropriate.

Project Management

• Guide internal teams to meet client goals while ensuring that brand strategy, objectives and timelines are met.
• Coordinate delivery of reputed company program deliverables in accordance with timelines and client expectations.
• Showcase a high level of organization, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Manage program financials.
• Ensure reputed company extended team members have a clear understanding of program status and needs.

Experience:

• 4+ years in Account Management at a marketing agency in a client services function.
• 4+ years of experience in managing digital programs such as website design & development, email marketing, search reputed company optimization reputed company advertising (SEM, SEO, reputed company, etc.).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal (cross-functional) and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure reputed company.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit polish and professionalism in verbal and written communication.
• Strategic and creative thinker with experience bringing proactive solutions and new reputed company that align with overall program objectives.
• Comfortable with solving problems and determining action plans independently.
• Well-developed skills in managing programs from inception to completion.
