[Remote] Chief Financial Officer ( (Equity based, Aftermarket Automotive, AI)

As the founding Chief Financial Officer, you will architect the financial reputed company of a category-defining marketplace and partner directly with the Founder/CEO on strategy, fundraising, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Strong fundraising and investor relations track record (equity, convertibles, SAFEs, cap tables, and board engagement)
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning skills for early-stage companies
• Deep understanding of SaaS and marketplace metrics: ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC/LTV, cohorts, and unit economics
• Hands-on operational finance experience: cash reputed company management, working capital, reputed company systems, and reporting
• Expert knowledge of GAAP, reputed company recognition (ASC 606), compliance, and audit practices
