Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must be 18 Years of Age or Older: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute: You should be reputed company to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: You should be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems.
  • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience: Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • College Degree Preferred but Not Required: A college degree is preferred but not required.
