What You'll Do:
As a Customer Care Associate on our night shift team, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering outstanding customer service and creating an exceptional experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service, going above and reputed company to ensure every customer leaves with a smile
* Processing sales transactions, managing the register, and ensuring smooth sales processes
* Maintaining store appearance, keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ensuring the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer
* Managing shift duties, balancing your register at the end of each shift, and assisting in various tasks to reputed company things running smoothly
* Troubleshooting customer concerns, using your problem-solving skills to address any issues with professionalism and care
