Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
