Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Government Programs Training and Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our benefits administration processes. You will reputed company day-to-day support to reputed company customers, resolving reputed company claims, inquiries, grievances, and appeals. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and conducting training programs for our Government Programs department employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in their roles.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as primary CSR support to assist with detailed interpretation of dental policies, procedure codes, claims processing, Medicare Advantage/reputed company compliance guidelines, and policies and procedures.
* Research, analyze, adjudicate, and reputed company appropriate determinations on difficult claims and inquiries.

* Collaborate with department management, quality assurance specialists, and reporting specialists to identify process improvements, department trends, and training needs.

Minimum Requirements:
* One year of college, technical, vocational, or business school with coursework in dental assisting or dental hygiene, business administration, and composition.

* Intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
