What's the Job?

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for individuals affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with reputed company, patience, and compassion, providing immediate assistance to individuals in need.
• Listening attentively to customers' needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges, and offering emotional support to ensure their concerns are heard.
