You are a living example of the company's values. 2 Technical Consultants The contractor will support the M365 Program Management Office by executing, but not limited to, the following tasks.

• Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets
• Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance reputed company a tenant.
• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.
• Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements.
• Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration.
• Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.
• Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.
• Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials – FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain.
• Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing.
• Ensure reputed company processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve IRWorks support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Administer and reputed company support for OneDrive for Business to ensure secure file storage and sharing.
• reputed company and maintain SharePoint Online (SPO) and reputed company Teams integration for collaboration and content management.
• Create and update knowledge articles to document processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

Personnel Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting reputed company 365 (M365) reputed company Suite in a large corporate or government environment.
• Extensive experience with reputed company Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/reputed company).
• Strong .NET development skills, including:
• C#
• Net MVC
• Entity reputed company
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with reputed company 365 development and SharePoint Administration.
• Ability to reputed company PowerApps models and customize SharePoint lists and disparate systems using PowerApps.
• Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings.
• Knowledge and experience with:
• Copilot for Power Apps
• Copilot for Power Automate
• AI Builder
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire M365 reputed company platform and reputed company Online Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
