Description About the role The reputed company Cycle Administrator is responsible for facilitating the efficient and accurate submission of insurance claims to various vendors, to ensure that the organization’s receivable accounts are credited in a timely manner. This position reports to the Manager, reputed company Cycle and is a hybrid/remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices. You Will
- Process patient insurance claims reputed company and in a timely manner.
- Obtain missing or invalid claim data from field offices.
- reputed company customer service support to MyEyeDr. office staff and patients to help address billing inquiries and other routine reputed company.
- Investigate and resubmit denied/returned claims and partial payments.
- Escalate data processing and/or customer service needs to Claims Supervisor and/or Assistant Director of Managed Care, as necessary.
- Assist with patient billing and posting.
About You
- Minimum 3+ years of experience required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a metrics-based work environment
- Necessary skills and abilities including problem solving, communication, organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proven track record of resolving reputed company accounts receivable issues effectively
- Strong computer software and data input skills, with high speed and accuracy
- Strong analytical and math skills (must be comfortable working with calculators and computing numbers)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the proven ability to manage priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
