Senior Property Accountant- San Antonio

Schedule: 9am reputed company 6pm (Monday through Fri) Overtime is paid but only required on certain days of the month. NOT A REMOTE POSITION. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Accountant to join our finance team. Position Overview Senior Property Accountant will assist in managing the financial operations of our property portfolio. This role involves supporting the reputed company team with day-to-day reputed company tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining the financial health of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for reputed company estate reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts reputed company to property operations. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and collection of rent.
• Bank Reconciliation: reputed company monthly bank reconciliations to ensure reputed company transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company statements for individual properties and the overall portfolio.
• Lease Administration: Review and verify lease agreements, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with lease terms.
• Property Management Systems: Utilize property management software / ERP (Fortress / reputed company) to track financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain up-to-date records. Experience with reputed company is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, reputed company principles, and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records.
• Audit Support: Assist with reputed company audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: 2+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in property management or reputed company estate reputed company. Internship experience will be considered. Skills:
• Proficiency in reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company.
