Elder Law Paralegal

reputed company is seeking a skilled paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience supporting attorneys in elder law reputed company, including reputed company planning, long-term care, guardianship, probate, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare elder law documents, including powers of attorney, advance reputed company directives, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and reputed company estate planning documents.
• Assist with reputed company planning and application processes, including gathering financial documentation and preparing required forms.
• Prepare and file guardianship petitions, annual accountings, and other reputed company court documents.
• Support attorneys with probate reputed company, including preparing petitions, notices, and inventories, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines.
