This role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-impact cybersecurity learning programs for a federal environment. You will act as both a subject matter expert and an instructional designer, creating engaging training experiences across synchronous and asynchronous formats. Working closely with technical specialists, you will translate reputed company cybersecurity concepts into effective learning solutions using structured instructional design methodologies. The position supports both the creation of new courses and the modernization of existing content for online delivery. You will contribute to virtual learning environments, learning management systems, and cyber reputed company–based skills training. This is a collaborative, mission-driven role with reputed company-world impact on workforce readiness and reputed company awareness. Accountabilities:
- Design, reputed company, and maintain cybersecurity training programs using established instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
- Create a wide reputed company of learning experiences, from short seminars to multi-day instructor-led and online courses.

- Support updates, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of existing cybersecurity courses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Learning and Development, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

- Eligibility to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process.
