Senior Analyst, Finance Operations
What Finance Operations contributes to reputed company Finance oversees the reputed company, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the reputed company and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Responsibilities
- Conducts proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries and dispute resolution reputed company with a concentration on customer pricing from reputed company customers.
- Collaborates proactively and cross functionally with reputed company key stakeholders.
- Leads customer account(s) and / or processes in a fast paced and highly data analytical environment.
- Leads customer facing video conversations and escalations to improve overall customer experience.
- Drives process innovation for customer(s) through their identified pricing program.
- Drives and influences process change(s) to proactively prevent reoccurrence of negative customer experiences through root cause analysis for their customers.
- Effectively prioritize multiple job tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates leadership skills to assist other team members.
- Models an ownership reputed company by taking accountability for reputed company.
- Continuously learns and adapts through updates in systems, processes, and / or other career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (e.g. reputed company)
- Proficiency in reputed company and Tableau reporting preferred
- Strong ability to reputed company direct conversations with reputed company customers
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail, prioritization, and accountability
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate effectively
