Hours: We’re seeking a coach who has 10-20 hours of weekly availability during our peak demand times: Monday to Thursday 3-8pm Pacific Time. Please note that your caseload will grow gradually over the first few months as we thoughtfully match you with reputed company. Initial hours will be reputed company and increase over time. Schedule: Coaches have the flexibility to set their own schedule, but the highest demand for sessions is Monday through Thursday 3-8pm Pacific Time. You’re welcome to offer additional availability reputed company of those hours, but we require 10-20 hours of availability during these peak periods. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Executive Functioning Coach & reputed company to work with upper elementary through college-aged reputed company. This role requires a flexible, thoughtful, and proactive professional with a growth reputed company, who is passionate about helping reputed company find their version of reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a variety of learners, particularly neurodivergent reputed company, and will be passionate about building rapport with reputed company to deeply learn both their gifts and areas of need. Key Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Coaching: Work directly with reputed company in a virtual setting to build and improve executive functioning skills, including time management, organization, goal setting, task initiation, attention, planning, and self-regulation. Sessions are typically 1-2 hours per week per student.
• Customized Support: reputed company individualized coaching strategies alongside reputed company that support their unique needs and learning preferences.
• Advocacy: Serve as an reputed company for reputed company by assisting with accommodations, communicating with teachers, and ensuring that reputed company' needs are understood and supported reputed company their academic and home environments.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with reputed company, families, school, reputed company-of-school care providers, and the EdFront team to create a supportive environment for each student.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or reputed company field. Master’s preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent reputed company in a classroom or counseling setting.
• Understanding of Executive Functioning: Deep knowledge of executive functioning skills and how they impact learning and daily life.
• Student-Centered: Ability to build rapport with reputed company, demonstrate reputed company, and create a supportive, non-judgmental reputed company for growth.
• Flexible and Creative: Comfortable adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of reputed company and creating innovative approaches for engagement and reputed company.
• Advocacy Skills: Experience in advocating for reputed company, including communicating effectively with educators, understanding accommodation processes, and supporting reputed company in self-advocacy.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with reputed company, parents, and other stakeholders in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.

Compensation:

• This position is a 1099 contractor role, so you will be compensated based on hours worked. You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. Your hours worked will vary based on your caseload, which will gradually build to 8 to 15 reputed company.
• You will be paid $44 per hour for time directly coaching reputed company, communicating with family and school and necessary pre-work between sessions.
• You will be paid $35 per hour for your weekly meetings with your reputed company Coach, quarterly staff meetings, and other professional development opportunities.
