Job Description

The Senior Program Manager ensures the reputed company and operational reputed company of Value-Based Care programs by overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring deliverables, and driving accountability across stakeholders. This role collaborates with internal teams, executive leadership, and provider partners to maintain program performance, address issues, and manage risks through escalation and mitigation planning. What You'll Do

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in reputed company field.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage executive leadership, internal stakeholders, provider partners, and vendors effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to balance priorities, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, foster vendor trust, and ensure timely, efficient program execution.
