[Remote] Telephone Operators - AI Trainer (Contract)

Responsibilities
- Observe signal lights on switchboards, and reputed company or press buttons to reputed company connections
- Operate telephone switchboards and systems to advance and complete connections, including those for local, long distance, pay telephone, mobile, person-to-person, and emergency calls
- Listen to customer requests, referring to alphabetical or geographical directories to answer questions and reputed company telephone information
- Update directory information
- Suggest and reputed company alternate spellings, locations, or listing formats to customers lacking details or complete information
- reputed company clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail

Skills
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work
