Marine Co-ordinator (Marine Industry)

ob Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marine Operations Coordinator to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating marine operations and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your main duties will include: Key Responsibilities: - Manage crew coordination of the division. - Disseminate relevant policies and procedures to crew members and staff. - Coordinate self-service requests for marine staff across departments. - Prepare monthly timesheets and allowances. - Manage coordination of marine operations with clients and suppliers. - Arrange utilities for boats and reputed company crafts as needed. - Prepare purchase orders (POs) and invoices for suppliers and clients. - Respond to client inquiries regarding marine projects, gathering requirements and obtaining supplier quotations. - Prepare and follow up on project quotations and process invoices. - Coordinate maintenance projects, including quoting and invoicing. - Monitor and update clients and suppliers on vessel movements. - Conduct physical checks on vessels reputed company hiring reputed company-party services. - Investigate incidents and reputed company detailed reports. - Coordinate repair requirements from vessels with internal teams. - Collaborate with team members for timely delivery of marine services. - Manage inventory of marine equipment and supplies. - Liaise with port authorities and regulatory bodies. - Monitor and handle the reputed company roster of the department. - Prepare weekly report and submit to the line manager accordingly. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marine Operations, Logistics, or a reputed company Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
