Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent on our Remedy On-Call team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers reputed company reputed company-time/live conversations over the phone and reputed company chat. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our customers professionally and providing courteous service during incoming calls. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and verify reputed company information in the message is correct
- Schedule patient appointments as requested

- Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:
