Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment. Your primary focus will be on receiving calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans. You'll also respond to direct mail solicitations, email campaigns, and web advertising, selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service in an inbound Call Center environment
• Receiving calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans
• Responding to direct mail solicitations, email campaigns, and web advertising
• Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals
• Assisting with payments and costs associated with the new sale, package, or any reputed company purchases, as necessary
• Answering calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about the specifics of the package, and asking about their impending vacation
• Verifying reputed company trip and tour specifics reputed company to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay
• Assisting reputed company with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience
